Content for your site
Who it's for:
You've finished your site (with us or elsewhere) — you need copy, a lead magnet, blog sections to start.
- Subpage copy
- Blog seed section (a few starter articles)
- Lead magnet with graphics
Copywriting, content and design — no blog filler. Every piece has a goal: attract the right person, convince them to get in touch, or stick in their memory for longer.
Before we write anything, we answer three questions: Who's meant to read this? What should they do after reading? Why should they believe us specifically? If we can't answer — we say "there's no point" and look for a better topic. We don't write "for the algorithm" or "because the competition publishes too."
You see everything before it goes live. The first round of revisions is free, the second is included. After delivery — all the copy, graphics and source files are yours. Full ownership, zero catches.
A shared Google Drive: copy, graphics, plans, reports, briefs. You don't waste time hunting for "where was that file from February." Everything at hand — on your side and ours.
We're not a content factory. We work with a maximum of five brands at a time. You can be sure someone is actually working on your topic — not copying a brief from a templated marketing folder.
Depending on scope — from one-off copy for a site (3–5 weeks) to long-term management (usually starting 2–3 weeks after the brief). Every month you know what's done and what's next.
A meeting, an audit of current content, competitor analysis, defining personas, topics and brand voice. You get a map: who reads, what we publish, how we measure.
A publishing schedule for 3–6 months. Topics split into three layers — visibility, conversion, authority. Every topic has a goal — or it's not on the list.
Writing, designing, approvals. 2 rounds of revisions included with every piece. You see everything before it goes live — no surprises, no "leave it with us till the end of the month."
What worked, what didn't, what we do differently next month. By email or on a 30-minute call. No beating around the bush.
We set a concrete price after a 30-minute call — once we know what we're actually doing and toward what goal. Three engagement models to choose from:
Who it's for:
You've finished your site (with us or elsewhere) — you need copy, a lead magnet, blog sections to start.
Who it's for:
B2B with expertise on your side — you want to systematically show know-how and build visibility on Google.
Who it's for:
A brand that wants systematic visibility — content + campaign landing pages + lead magnets + ad copy support.
Not sure which path? Let's write your content — we'll pick it together.
Short and to the point. No PDF proposals, no pressure. We usually reply the same day, within 24h max — you tell us about your brand, we tell you if we have a slot for you.
The 8 questions we hear most. Any others — let's talk.
Three paths — a one-off copy project for your site, monthly management, a full brand. We show a concrete quote after a 30-minute call, with the reasoning. Zero hidden costs.
In monthly management: articles, social graphics, repurposing, two rounds of revisions included with every piece, a monthly results report, a shared drive with source files. On your side: a Google Analytics and Search Console account (if we measure results), access to the site (if we publish for you), 30–60 minutes a month for an expert interview.
A cheap copywriter writes what you tell them to. Before writing, we do a brief, competitor analysis, and ask: “who’ll read this and what should they do.” A cheap copywriter delivers text. We deliver a piece with a goal — and a distribution plan so that someone actually reads it.
After the brief and topic approval — usually 3–5 business days for an article, 5–7 days for site copy or a larger project.
The first is always free. The second is included. If after two rounds the piece still doesn’t land — we do a new topic at no extra charge. A third round is rare when the brief is done well at the start.
Yes — on WordPress, on social media, in newsletters. We can also just prepare the materials if you’d rather publish yourself. You never lose oversight — you see everything before it goes live.
30 days’ notice, no need to explain yourself. But first we always sit down and analyze — in 9 out of 10 cases the problem can be fixed without ending the relationship. Content needs 3–6 months to start delivering — and we say so honestly from the first call.
Yes. We’ve worked with industry (plastics, structures, plumbing), medicine, IT, HR, real estate, call centers. A brief + 1–2 calls with your expert are usually enough for us to catch the industry language. The more your expert gives at the start, the fewer rounds of revisions.
